To provide safe, effective, and compliant treatment, we collect relevant personal and health information, including contact details, medical history, current medications, allergies, and treatment notes.

• Clinical care: To assess your needs and provide appropriate treatment.
• Communication: To confirm appointments and provide follow-up information when needed.
• Compliance: To maintain records in accordance with Australian health regulations and professional standards.

Your health records are stored securely and accessed only by authorised practitioners. We do not share your medical information with third parties unless you have given explicit consent or disclosure is required by law.

CamLite App Data

CamLite is designed to operate with a privacy-conscious approach.

• Local use: The app is used only for scheduled monitoring tasks configured by the user.
• Storage: Data is stored in the app’s private directory or in destinations you explicitly connect, such as Google Drive or Amazon S3.
• No password access: Google authentication is handled through Google’s secure OAuth process. We do not see or store your Google password.

Visaphoto

Visaphoto is built with a privacy-by-design approach. Image processing, including background removal, sizing, and export generation, is performed locally on the user’s device.

No photo data is uploaded to Bayside Healing servers as part of the main editing flow.

• Local settings: The app may store limited local preferences such as language or photo specification choices.
• Device permissions: On Android, media access is used only to pick source photos and save generated results.
• No tracking: The app does not rely on third-party advertising trackers for the main workflow.

CamLite is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

Users acknowledge that CamLite is a utility tool and not a certified security system. It should not be relied upon for critical emergency response or high-stakes surveillance.

Bayside Healing is not liable for claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of the software, including failed uploads, data loss, battery drain, or device malfunctions resulting from extended use.
